A Stay to Forget
The only redeeming feature of our stay was Katarina. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Her exceptional service was the sole bright spot in an otherwise dreadful experience.
Our recent stay was nothing short of disappointing. The hotel is severely outdated, with decor that seems to have been untouched since ages. The facilities are in dire need of renovation, with broken amenities being the norm rather than the exception. Our room had a sink that was tiny and leaking, making basic hygiene tasks a hassle.The noise levels were another major issue. Guests were loud and disruptive at all hours of the night, and it seemed like the hotel had no policies to manage this problem. Overall, the Hotel requires extensive renovations and better management to address noise issues. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely hotel, near to the seashore, amazing staff
My boyfriend and I decided to take a short trip to Mallorca, and a friend recommended this hotel in Playa de Palma. It is a nice little hotel very very close to the seashore, only 50 steps away, the staff is super friendly and very thoughtful. It was a pleasure to walk on the beach in the morning. It looks like it was recently opened, but they work very well and everything was very clean and new. We loved Carlos and Katy, the main staff, they were so kind with us. Hope we will be back soon!
